Relevant Experience:

He commenced his career in rubber industry in 1996 with Lee Rubber Group, a manufacturer of rubber products, as an executive trainee at Lee Rubber Co. Pte Ltd. Throughout 1996 to 2002, he held various positions within the Lee Rubber Group such as assistant manager (technical) at Lee Latex (Pte) Ltd in 1997 and assistant factory manager of Lee Rubber Group’s Rembau Latex Factory at Kota Trading Co. Sdn Bhd in 1999. He left Lee Rubber Group as a factory manager where he was responsible for overseeing the entire operations of latex compounding.

In year 2002, he joined YTY Industry Sdn Bhd as a Chemist and responsible for technical and R&D in glove production. He is promoted as R&D and Technical Manager in year 2005. He has led the team to breakthrough conventional glove production and venture into lightweight nitrile gloves era. With the success of the new innovation, he is assigned as Group R&D and Technical Director in year 2012 to take care of R&D and technical team.

He pursued in greater role in glove industry and joined CMSB as Chief Operating Officer in May 2016. CMSB team is benefiting from his valuable knowledge and experience that have improved and elevated product quality gradually. With the efforts and good collaboration from the team, CMSB products are now being well recognized and accepted by world class quality buyers.
