Healthcare Compliance To USP800

U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention has set a new standard: USP General Chapter <800> which takes effect on December 1, 2019.

These guidelines provide a set of standards to healthcare workers to reduce the risk of handling hazardous drugs, and safeguarding both patients and healthcare personnel.

According to the guidelines, some glove-related requirements in chemotherapy administration includes:
1. Examination gloves to be compliant to ASTM D6987
2. Double gloving
